Leadership Structure & Certified Civilian

 Civilian Director Role and Responsibilities:  

The Civilian Directors, also known as the Head of Civilians, are the ultimate authority in the Civilian Department, embodying all leadership roles and responsibilities. This comprehensive position ensures the smooth functioning and growth of the civilian community within the server.  

 Responsibilities  

- Leadership & Oversight:  

  - Oversees all aspects of the Civilian Department, including administration, staff behavior, and departmental activities.  

  - Manages the Civilian Command Team and ensures compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).  

- Policy & Documentation:  

  - Develops, reviews, and maintains SOPs and other critical documents.  

  - Monitors departmental productivity, particularly the performance of civilian-run businesses and in-game activities.  

- Community Management:  

  - Directly engages with community members to provide accurate information and resolve concerns.  

  - Conducts mini-moderating patrols to preempt issues and maintain order.  

- Event Coordination:  

  - Plans, organizes, and oversees server events to enhance community engagement.  

  - Advises on promotional activities and coordinates media efforts to grow the server’s reach.  

- Roster Management:  

  - Supervises and maintains rosters for Management, Staff, Media, and Advertising Teams.  

  - Monitors roles, assignments, and statuses, ensuring all positions align with community needs.  

- Development & Growth:  

  - Approves server updates related to civilian life both in and outside patrols.  

  - Leads initiatives for server development, including chain creation and early application access. 

- Public Relations & Support:  

  - Acts as the face of the Civilian Department, ensuring professionalism and effective communication.  

  - Oversees the Ticket Support Team, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of member queries.  

Certified Civilian

The Certified Civilian rank encompasses all permissions and responsibilities for civilians, merging the progression levels (Civ I, Civ II, and Civ III) into a single role. As a Certified Civilian, members are granted advanced privileges, resources, and opportunities to enhance roleplay and contribute to the server community.
